Without evidence-based problem solving, many conflicts are unsatisfactorily settled by applying the one-size-fits-all interpretation of principles or regulations or resorting to anecdote as evidence for one or another interpretation. Civil Officium creates collaboration among stakeholders, stimulates research, and disseminates knowledge to foster the intelligent application of social science principles in research contexts worldwide.</span></p> https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/690 Navigating the Nile: Ethiopia's Development Plans and the Future of Water Sharing 2024-07-13T14:06:20+07:00 Asmaa Abusamak asma.eg.qa.1990@hotmail.com <p>This article explores the dynamics of the relationship between Egypt and the countries in the Nile River Basin, with a specific focus on the natural challenges Ethiopia faces in developing water projects. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of identifying Ethiopia's natural conditions and their impact on water infrastructure development. Data sources include secondary literature from official reports, case studies, and statistical data related to Ethiopia's water resources and climate. Data were collected through literature reviews and document analysis. The research findings indicate that Ethiopia faces various challenges such as uneven rainfall distribution, high evaporation rates, difficult topography, and rock types that do not support water storage. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative methods to evaluate the impact of natural conditions on Ethiopia's capacity to develop water projects. Utilizing a combination of observation, interviews, and literature studies, data were collected and analyzed to specify software needs, interface design, databases, and functional requirements. The system was developed using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap with MySQL for the database. Sigit Wijanarko msigitwijanarko17@gmail.com <p>This study analyzes the influence of marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction and Honda motorcycle purchase decisions in Siak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from respondents who use Honda motorcycles through a closed questionnaire. The research was conducted in Siak Regency from September 2023 to July 2024. The data collected was processed and analyzed using statistical methods, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results show that product variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions, while price has a significant effect only on purchase decisions. Distribution and promotion channels did not show a significant influence on either consumer satisfaction or purchase decisions. Consumer satisfaction also does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions. The conclusion of this study is that product quality and competitive prices are important factors in improving the decision to buy Honda motorcycles in Siak Regency.</p> 2024-08-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 M.
