However, based on the reality on the ground, the investigations carried out by the police have not been able to produce a balancé between accurate investigation results and practices that continue to uphold human rights by applicable procedures and regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the investigation technique that is proportional and effective. This article identifies three interview/interrogation techniques that are potential to be practised, namely: third level, accusation approach, and information gathering approach. Existing police law regulations do not specify the details of investigative interview techniques in criminal cases. For this reason, it is necessary to have an official procedure that can be used as a reference in the investigation process. The review of interview techniques in this article is expected to be a separate view that motivates and contributes to improving the quality of investigative techniques by police investigators.
Rio Adhikara, Satya Dhira Anggoro Arrya, Jauhar Rizqullah Sumirat Copyright (c) 2022 Rio Adhikara, Satya Dhira Anggoro Arrya, Jauhar Rizqullah Sumirat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/414 Thu, 16 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Evaluasi Alih Fungsi Lahan Pertanian Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Di Kecamatan Bacukiki Kota Parepare https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/352
The shift in land use in the City of Parepare, in general, has undergone quite a drastic change, with some areas of agricultural land having been converted into built-up areas. The direction of the development of the City of Parepare as an industry for health services, education, tourism, as well as a transit area attracts people from outside the region to invest in land, buildings or to live in this area. However, there are differences of opinion about the livelihood of Nushuz's wife. This study examines more deeply the livelihood of the wife of Nushuz by focusing on two problem formulations, namely 1) the livelihood of the wife of Nushuz according to the opinion of Imam Shafi'i and Ibn Hazm, and 2) the legal istinbat used by Imam Shafi'i and Ibn Hazm looking at the issue of livelihood. For nushuz's wife. Using a qualitative literature research method, this research concludes that according to Imam Syafi'i, a nushuz's wife is not entitled to her husband's maintenance until she quits her nushuz. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Hazm, whether the wife of Nushuz or not, she is still entitled to a living from her husband. The legal istinbat used by Imam Shafi'i is qiyas, while Ibn Hazm is the explicit meaning of the Qur'an letter an-Nisa verse 34.
Riadina Khoironi, Muhsin Muhsin Copyright (c) 2022 Riadina Khoironi, Muhsin Muhsin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/444 Sun, 31 Jul 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Pemberian Hak Paten Vaksin Covid-19 Menurut Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/380
Intellectual Property Rights, abbreviated as KI (Intellectual Property), has developed from time to time. This development was increasingly seen with the establishment of Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs) in 1994 in the Uruguay Round. In TRIPs various IP issues are regulated, one of which is Patents. As a form of intellectual property rights, the granting of a patent by the state to a work or invention in the field of technology is an award to the inventor. These ideas can be realized in the form of processes or objects that are known and used in everyday life. All patent registrations must refer to the TRIPs that have been agreed upon by the participating countries. In 2019, a deadly virus was detected from the city of Wuhan, China, which was initially categorized as a form of pneumonia that attacks local residents. The World Health Organization (WHO) identified the virus as a new type of Corona Virus in January 2020, and gave it an official name as Corona Viruses Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Various countries have made efforts to overcome the malignancy of Covid-19, one of the efforts made is to try to find a drug or vaccine as a solution to the pandemic which is a world problem. Here, the author discusses whether the Covid-19 vaccine can be granted a patent under TRIPs and whether the patent granted is valid for the entire region or is territorial. The research method used is normative by reviewing the literature or secondary data. The conclusion from the above discussion shows that the Covid-19 vaccine can be granted a patent with a territorial application based on TRIPs.
Ericko Calvin Giovanni, Hendra Tanu Atmadja Copyright (c) 2022 Ericko Calvin Giovanni, Hendra Tanu Atmadja https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/380 Sun, 24 Jul 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Pupuk Organik Padat di Technopark Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/333
The fertilizer industry is one of the most promising in agriculture. Many factors make some traditional dishes become unknown or in demand. This case is because, due to the lack of introduction to traditional cuisine itself, it causes people not to know about the existence of some traditional dishes. Preserving the nation's traditional cuisine is the responsibility of the Indonesian people. West Sumatran traditional cuisine is one of Indonesia's traditional dishes with various dishes with distinctive culinary tastes, namely: spicy, sweet, sour, and savoury, all of which can spoil the tongue of those who eat it. Traditional West Sumatran cuisine can be found in traditional markets in West Sumatra. However, not all traditional West Sumatran cuisine types are available in traditional markets; traditional dishes are made only on certain days, such as Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, traditional ceremonies, and weddings ceremonies. On that basis, this research aims to explore West Sumatra's traditional cuisine with photography techniques more deeply. In this study, the authors describe traditional foods displayed and combined with photographic techniques. The research results show that, through photography techniques, the exotica of traditional West Sumatran cuisine can be explored. This research also found that, in order to maximize food exploration through photographic techniques, photographers need to work closely with food stylists.
Agus Setyawan Farzy Copyright (c) 2022 Agus Setyawan Farzy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/342 Sat, 22 Jan 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Integrasi Tanaman Kakao dan Ternak Kambing Terhadap Pendapatan Petani di Kecamatan Tapango Polewali Mandar https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/351
Tapango District has sufficient cocoa potential to become a source of community income. Management and income generation can be achieved by integrating cocoa plantations with goats. Mathematically the integration of cocoa and goats can affect farmers' income. What's more, the price of cocoa is currently increasing. Likewise with the sale of goats as additional income for farmers. The integration of cocoa plants with goats has been a tradition in Tapango District for a long time and at the same time as saving for farmers to cover unexpected costs. These opportunities and challenges go hand in hand because of the factors that affect the integration system of cocoa plants and goats. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between the two and other factors that influence the income of farmers in Tapango District. This study is a quantitative descriptive study, the data obtained in this study was carried out by observation techniques, namely collecting information by making direct observations of the research location and interview techniques, namely by collecting information by asking and answering questions through respondents totaling 30 people who owned cocoa land and integrate with goats. To find out the relationship between several independent variables and the dependent variable, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used. Factors of age, education, land area, number of livestock, land status and other occupations have a significant effect on increasing farmers' income in Tapango District. The results of the study along with the test equipment and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis showed that these factors had a significant and even very real effect on increasing farmers' income
Syafruddin Syafruddin Copyright (c) 2022 Syafruddin Syafruddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journal.ascarya.or.id/index.php/civil/article/view/351 Sun, 27 Feb 2022 00:00:00 +0700
