We would like to share our gratefulness on the success of publication for Edusia: Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Asia, Vol. 6, No. 1 (2026). This edition compiles four insightful articles by seven Indonesian scholars, bridging systemic educational challenges with innovative classroom practices.
The first section explores macro-level dynamics, investigating shifting civic value orientations and analyzing the persistent urban-rural educational divide through a sociological framework. The second section highlights creative pedagogical interventions, demonstrating the efficacy of Harry Potter movies in boosting EFL student motivation and the impact of Game-Based Learning via EduWisdom on vocational interface design skills. Together, these studies offer vital insights for building equitable and future-ready learning environments.
